FERTIBERIA, S.A. (hereinafter “FERTIBERIA”) wishes to inform on this page all the users of this INTERNET PORTAL (the “Users” and the “Portal”) of its Data Protection Policy.
FERTIBERIA reserves the right to periodically update this Data Protection Policy to adapt it to new legislation, jurisprudence or decisions of the Spanish Data Protection Agency that are produced. Therefore, FERTIBERIA invites Users to periodically consult both this Data Protection Policy and the General Contracting Conditions - Legal Notice.
In some pages of the Portal, personal data are requested from Users, such as their full name, e-mail address, address, telephone number, etc. (the “Personal Data”) in order to be able to provide certain services and to be able to deal with their questions and doubts that are processed through the Portal in the best way possible.
FERTIBERIA, in compliance with the current Law on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable legislation, wishes to inform Users that, as far as FERTIBERIA is concerned, no Personal Data that has been provided to FERTIBERIA through the Portal is passed on to any third party, unless it receives authorisation from the Users or if the form used to collect Personal Data advises otherwise.
The Personal Data collected will be incorporated into the corresponding files owned by FERTIBERIA in order to process requests and queries made by the Users, as well as to expand upon and improve the services and contents which Users access via the Portal.
The Personal Data collected by FERTIBERIA may additionally be used to send, by traditional or electronic means, updates and/or technical or commercial information about the services or contents offered by FERTIBERIA through the Portal or through other means, currently or in the future. For this purpose, the Personal Data collection forms include a link that will allow the User to opt out of the possibility of receiving future technical or commercial mailings from FERTIBERIA or any company of GRUPO FERTIBERIA, understanding their non-completion as express authorisation of the User.
Users may exercise the rights of opposition, access, rectification or cancellation in relation to their Personal Data contained in the files owned by FERTIBERIA by contacting FERTIBERIA in the General Information section included below, within the legally established terms.
In its processing of Personal Data, FERTIBERIA provides the security levels necessary to ensure the confidentiality of this Personal Data. However, the User must be aware that Internet security levels, due to the characteristics of the network, are not entirely reliable.
FERTIBERIA may eventually use cookies when a User browses the FERTIBERIA Portal. Through cookies, it is possible for the FERTIBERIA Portal to recognise Users after they have visited the Portal for the first time, without having to configure certain viewing or technical options each time they visit it. Cookies are only associated with an anonymous user and their computer, and do not provide the name and surname of the User.
The cookies used cannot read data from their hard drive or read cookies created by other providers or websites.

The browsing process of Users on the Portal, as in any other website, portal or web page, may eventually provide the FERTIBERIA Portal with the IP address that has been assigned by its Internet access provider in that session. FERTIBERIA does not keep the IP address from one connection to another, nor does it associate nor is it technically possible to associate said electronic identity with any specific User.
This Portal contains links to other web pages or sites. FERTIBERIA is not responsible for the privacy/Personal Data Protection practices or the content of such web pages.
